Either you can choose to slide it open for direct access to the flame or to leave it shut if you are a fan of classic pellet grilling.

With this Elite Grill, the smoke can easily and fully flow around your food and then out evenly due to the proprietary exhaust system, which uses convection.

On the front side of the grill, you can find a tray made of stainless steel where you can hold your sauces or other needed items.

Inside the cabinet, you can find the grease bucket, which is situated behind the swinging stainless steel doors.

The Cons

It may be a little bit heavy because of the heavier gauge metal, which purpose is to hold the heat in cold weather.

Another “issue” with this grill you might experience is that when you cook at lower temperatures such as 200 to 250 degrees the grill might not produce enough smoke. Of course, this is an entirely personal preference so we do not consider it as a huge negative trait or as a negative trait at all.

Overall, you would not be disappointed by any chance if you decide to invest in this amazing Wood Pellet Grill. It has so many features that other grills are missing. And what is most important – it brings your delicious recipes to life!
